The powerful burner comes with a dual burner setting that can be operated individually for simmer operations. The appliance comes with a half inch stainless steel rods and removable diamond cut grate center that offers convenience of cooking even with the extra-large pans and pots. The electric spark ignition and re-ignition is quick and reliable even at the simmer flame setting. This model is considered a special order item.
